Shelly Harris is a Registered Health & Nutrition Coach with the Health Coach Alliance of Canada. She is passionate about helping others find healthy and happy ways to enjoy their lives. She loves getting to know a person and figuring out how to help make small, meaningful changes that lead to better health. She has a specific interest in how our thoughts shape our food behaviours and helping find freedom from diet culture and food noise. As a mother of four boys, she understands life can be chaotic and busy, and she is excited to help you find ways to fit wellness into your life.
When she’s not in the office, Shelly enjoys CrossFit, yoga, baking and spending time with her sons.
