I completed my Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons) at Thompson Rivers University (TRU). It was an incredible experience and a time of immense growth personally, academically, and athletically. It was also during this time that I decided just how much I valued interacting with people in a meaningful way each and every day.

I began my naturopathic adventure in Toronto at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). After my second year at CCNM, I transferred to the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (BINM) in New Westminster - it was so good to be back in BC! I graduated in 2018 and I am currently a member in good standing with the CNPBC, BCNA, and CAND.

In addition to my professional life I continue a number of athletic pursuits (most of which I’ve had to rework due to COVID-19). I’m also a happy wife (happy life!) and mother of two. In 2019, my family and I returned to our hometown of Penticton, BC. I’m so grateful to grow my family and my practice in the Okanagan. I love the elements of this land; it’s challenging, peaceful, humbling, and nutritive in a way that grounds the mind and body unlike anywhere else I’ve lived. When I’m not in the office I like to teach yoga in the park, be in nature with my family, or play a round of golf with friends. I’ve also begun writing as a means of post-pandemic processing - stay tuned!
